Job Title Pipefitter

Location Buffalo, NY

Pay $25-35/hr

Shift 1st shift, 7am - 3pm

The Opportunity We’re looking for a Pipefitter with experience in industrial piping and plastic fittings to join our fabrication team. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and critical to the success of our custom‑engineered systems. Plumbing experience welcome!

What You’ll Do

Assemble, install, and maintain complex piping systems (cutting, threading, welding)

Work with plastic and specialty materials for high-performance applications

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

Ensure all work meets safety standards and engineering specifications

Conduct inspections and pressure tests to verify system integrity

Collaborate with engineers and project leads to resolve challenges

Support and mentor junior team members

What You Bring

Proven experience as a pipefitter in industrial or custom fabrication settings

Strong knowledge of piping techniques, especially plastic fittings

Ability to read and interpret technical documentation

Attention to detail and pride in quality work

Familiarity with PPE and safety protocols

Physical ability to handle heavy materials and tools

High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification a plus

Work Environment This role is based in an industrial shop that’s currently not temperature controlled — cooler in winter, warmer in summer. We’re actively investing in upgrades to transition to a climate‑controlled facility.

Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Buffalo, NY.
