Position: Regional Service Technician The ideal candidate will think quickly on their feet, problem solve effectively, and be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and support of industrial refrigeration equipment for valued customers. A working knowledge of commercial & industrial refrigeration and electrical controls is required.

Schedule
Monday - Friday (45‑55 hours per week)
Emergency Response – 2 days per month
Key Duties
Repair and maintain refrigeration equipment across industrial accounts in food & beverage and refrigerated storage, ranging from 100 HP to 5,000 HP.
Perform routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon refrigeration equipment common in industrial applications.
Use knowledge of screw and reciprocating compressors, electrical troubleshooting for all common types of ammonia central systems, and control/alarm systems to perform inspections and preventative maintenance as required.
Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and governing requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (supermarket/rack/industrial refrigeration systems).
Knowledge of controls and electric (high and low voltage).
Universal EPA certification.
Motor alignment experience.
RETA 1 & 2 certification preferred.
Company is a tobacco‑free workplace; no tobacco products are allowed during the workday on the jobsite(s).
Pre‑employment drug screening, felony screening, and motor vehicle record screening required.
Safety‑sensitive position requiring regular drug testing.
