Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in fleet vehicles
Perform preventive maintenance: oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, etc.
Conduct vehicle inspections and provide accurate repair estimates
Maintain detailed service and repair records
Ensure fleet vehicles are road‑ready and minimize downtime
Stay current with new tools, technologies, and maintenance techniques
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a mechanic or automotive technician
Strong understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics
Skilled with diagnostic tools and repair equipment
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
