Journeyman Electrician
Job Description Join a 3-5 year project at a data center located in Ellendale, ND. This position requires a Journeyman Electrician license from specific states to earn reciprocity in North Dakota. Work hours are Monday through Friday, with 12-hour shifts. The role focuses on power distribution and electrical infrastructure for a large-scale, mission‑critical facility.
Responsibilities
Focus on power distribution and electrical infrastructure for a large-scale facility.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Perform conduit bending and electrical wiring.
Pull wire and install lighting, switches, and panels.
Conduct troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems.
Work on industrial electrical wiring, installation, and conduit bending.
Essential Skills
Experience with conduit, electrical wiring, and blueprint reading.
Ability to interpret construction schematics and perform cable installation.
Skills in conduit bending, terminating switch panels, and handling low to medium voltage.
Familiarity with transistors, lighting, EMT, commercial construction, and electrical schemas.
Capability to run conduit, pull wire, and perform electrical troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must have a Journeyman or Masters Electrician license.
Strong preference for candidates with data center experience.
Why Work Here? Enjoy a per diem of $115 per day worked if housing is secured by the contractor, or $50 per day if lodging is covered. Receive 12 hours of regular time pay after 30 days on site.
Work Environment Work primarily occurs in a challenging North Dakota winter environment. Most tasks will be performed outdoors, requiring resilience and adaptability to weather conditions.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $56.65 - $56.65/hr.
