Bilingual Member Relationship Officer I
Full‑time position at the Military Avenue branch, Green Bay.
Primary Responsibilities
Promote and uphold Fox Communities Credit Union’s mission, purpose, vision and values.
Build and maintain lasting relationships through conversations, anticipating members’ future needs and exceeding expectations.
Interview loan applicants and provide underwriting information to aid loan decisions.
Assist members with consumer lending needs, opening and maintaining deposit products, digital services, account maintenance and processing member transactions, including problem resolution.
Educate members on ancillary loan products, insurance options and secure appropriate solutions.
Achieve assigned sales and service goals.
Provide sound guidance for members’ financial needs and refer to partner teams (Financial Well‑Being, Mortgage Lending, Investment Services, Treasury Management).
Positively represent Fox in the community.
Qualifications
Minimum of one year of sales and service experience.
Previous financial industry experience preferred.
Financial Counselor Certification is a plus.
Strong communication skills—verbal, written and active listening.
Sales skills in gaining commitment to products and services.
Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a professional, courteous, friendly atmosphere for members and team members.
Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays.
Proven attention to detail.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software.
Ability to speak and translate fluent Spanish and English (required).
Work Hours Mon‑Fri 8:00 am – 5:30 pm; Sat 9:00 am – 12:00 pm (every 3rd Saturday).
