TreCom Systems Group, Inc. is seeking detail-oriented and strategic Business Analysts to join our expanding IT service organization. These full time positions will be hybrid with onsite work in the greater Richmond, VA area.
Qualifications
Agile Business Analyst; Strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodologies
Experience with Scrum and Agile, Scaled Agile and Kanban methodologies
Technical experience in organizing and maintaining sprint and product backlogs
Technical experience translating client and product strategy requirements into application requirements and user stories.
Documenting high level Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases and execution of test cases.
Ability to analyze and document business and system processes.
Responsibilities
Work with clients to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Identify areas for improvement in business processes and propose innovative solutions.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
Develop use cases, workflows, and user stories to support requirements.
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and performance measurement.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training/support as needed.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Create clear and concise reports and presentations for management.
