Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an RIA Fee & Accounting Administrator. The candidate will work primarily out of the Danvers, MA location but travel to the Portsmouth, NH office for training and occasional in‑person meetings with management and the team. The candidate will support the firm’s client billing, custodial fee reconciliation (client assets custodied at both Fidelity and Schwab), and internal bookkeeping functions. The role is critical to ensuring accurate advisory fee calculations, timely billing, and smooth day‑to‑day financial operations of the firm.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience with advisory fee billing and custodial reconciliation strongly preferred
Knowledge of portfolio accounting or billing systems such as Orion, Tamarac, Black Diamond, or Advyzon a plus
Familiarity with custodians such as Fidelity and Schwab also a plus
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Excel is crucial
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines independently are non‑negotiable
High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information are expected
Familiarity with SEC‑registered investment advisor compliance processes a plus
