Technical Client Success Associate Aldridge is a forward-thinking organization dedicated to delivering innovative technology solutions and exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Technical Client Success Associate to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team of professionals, enhance your technical and customer service skills, and make a significant impact on client success. You will be responsible for addressing client concerns, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with senior team members to implement solutions that drive client satisfaction. With exposure to cutting-edge technologies and client-facing interactions, this role provides ample opportunities for growth and professional development.

Position Overview The Client Success Associate plays a transactional support role within the Client Strategy team, focused on day-to-day coordination and administrative support for Level 5 and below clients. This entry-level strategic role blends technical expertise with relationship management, helping drive long-term client satisfaction and retention. As a trusted partner, you’ll support Account Executives and Managers in aligning client needs with technology solutions, coordinating client meetings and documentation, and ensuring consistent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Maintain regular client communications and help build strong, trusted relationships.

Meeting Coordination: Assist in organizing and supporting client Update and Planning Meetings (UPMs) and Quality Business Reviews (QBRs).

Opportunity Identification: Recognize and communicate upsell or cross-sell opportunities to senior team members.

Technology Alignment: Help assess and align client technology stacks with their business goals.

Project Support: Support scope creation, quoting, and documentation of projects in ConnectWise PSA.

Billing and Documentation: Respond to client billing inquiries and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.

Operational Execution: Assist with vendor communications, cybersecurity initiatives, and project tracking.

Continuous Improvement: Share insights and feedback from clients to inform improvements in solutions and service delivery.

Qualifications Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in IT, preferably in a Managed Services environment.

Foundational understanding of IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Azure, and cybersecurity concepts.

Strong communication skills and people-first mindset.

Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills.

Experience with technical account management or client success is a plus.

Proficiency with tools like ConnectWise, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems is beneficial.

Hybrid work schedule

Optional work from home days are Mondays and Fridays

Required in-office days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

Travel will be required up to 10% - Limited travel
