Pay Range: $16.26 - $24.38

Summary Supply Distribution Associates are responsible for fulfilling general and medical supply requisitions for the entire Health System. The position requires receiving and putting away inbound freight, pulling inventory from various inventory supply locations, and delivering supplies to the end user. Supply Distribution Associate's are responsible for charging out inventory items, maintaining PAR level supply forms, and providing exceptional service to our internal customers.

Essential Job Functions

Accesses menus and enters information into the computer accurately.

Processes and follows up on back orders, correcting discrepancies, following up with buyers, contacting physician/customer.

Completes minor maintenance and cleaning on PCs and computer printers (i.e., changing toner, adding paper, capturing printer assignment and reporting computer problems).

Keeps work area neat and orderly and assures that all items are put on shelf or note attached specifying status of item.

Revises department forms as requested by department, keeps stock of patient charge labels at a level to prevent stock outs and keeps shelf labels current.

Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
