We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic individual who is committed to professional development, health and wellness to provide administrative support for the Human Resources Employee Development team.
Responsibilities
Managing room reservations as well as fitness space use. This includes assisting the needs of users who hold meetings open to the public.
Monitoring trainings and assisting with troubleshooting of technology for trainers and attendees.
Organization of the physical training rooms to include arranging tables, chairs, etc.
Assisting with the annual Farmer's Market as well on-site vendor visits.
Tracking class registration for all county employees in Learn.
Assisting with registration and gift give-aways for the wellness program.
Assisting with Above + Beyond nominations and the distribution of gift items.
Frequent use of OnBase and Mitchel Humphrey to process bills and establish service and training contracts.
Job Description An employee in this class performs a variety of process tasks and problem‑solving activities that require discretion and factual judgments to appropriately apply established procedures, policies and practices to work situations. Duties include explaining established departmental regulations, policies and procedures; and processing information gathered from varied sources to compile departmental records in accordance with established procedures requiring the employee to exercise some judgment to adapt and apply the appropriate procedures to a variety of normally recurring work situations. The work is performed under the direction of a designated lead worker or supervisory staff.

CONSTANT:

Salary range: $21.03 - $28.64 per hour (including longevity pay). This position is part of the Civil Service Confidential Unit Employees Collective Bargaining Agreement represented by Confidential Public Employees Association.
Minimum Qualifications (Pass/Fail)
Three (3) years full-time paid verifiable experience in a clerical support position.
Demonstrated ability to operate personal computer-based systems.
Proficiency, as defined by the Civil Service Commission, in operating word processing software.
Ability to type from clear copy at a rate of 40 w.p.m./net.
Rating Systems Supplemental Questions will be 100% of the scoring process: points will be awarded based on the applicant’s answers to supplemental questions 8‑19.
