Workers’ Compensation Attorney
looking to advance your career with a collaborative and growth‑focused team? Our client is seeking a talented attorney to join their firm’s thriving Workers’ Compensation Defense practice in California.
What You’ll Do:
Represent employers, insurance carriers, and third‑party administrators in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation defense.
Manage a full caseload from inception to resolution, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
Develop case strategies, communicate with clients, and provide high‑quality legal representation.
Work alongside a supportive team that values mentorship, balance, and professional growth.
What We’re Looking For:
Active
California Bar
license in good standing.
2+
years of experience in Workers’ Compensation defense preferred.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
Salary and Other Compensation: This position offers a base salary ranging from $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Pay may vary based on geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
