Perform routine healthcare information system and application support Investigate or escalating support issues and resolve incidents and service requests Assist in the creation and maintenance of training documentation Analyze and make recommendations for application workflow improvements Collaborate with other departments and outside vendors to support business needs What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree required Minimum of one year of relevant experience in application support, hardware, or interface preferred Knowledge of Epic billing and/or government reimbursement methodologies preferred Proficient verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage change effectively and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
