Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations. The Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is to be filled at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany).
Within Finance, we act as the central interface between Audi Formula Racing GmbH and the FIA, ensuring full compliance with the Financial Regulations. We serve as the primary point of contact for all internal inquiries regarding the application of the regulations and as the first contact for FIA auditors. Our mission: clear frameworks, transparent processes, and reliable information. Alongside our high standards and strong team performance, we value collaboration and enjoyment in our work. Given the complexity and interconnection of topics in our area of responsibility, close cooperation and openness are key to our success. And one thing is certain: in the Formula 1 environment, it will never be boring!
Your Mission
Prepare, develop, and ensure the quality of internal and external reporting for assigned areas Analyze and prepare data for management reports and ad-hoc requests Identify optimization opportunities and derive actionable recommendations Actively contribute to the improvement and development of processes, structures, and documentation Design and deliver training sessions and provide subject matter support to employees Support external audits and regulatory requirements Your Profile
Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance or Accounting and solid knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS and German GAAP) Several years of professional experience, ideally in auditing or consulting Excellent knowledge of SAP and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Outstanding communication skills, conflict resolution ability, and assertiveness High level of motivation, initiative, and sense of responsibility Ability to present complex topics in a clear and understandable way Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment Proactive and curious mindset with willingness to challenge processes Enjoy working in a team and collaborating with diverse stakeholders Business-fluent German or English and willingness to acquire basic knowledge of the other language
