We’re seeking an accomplished
Middle Market Banker
ready to bring strong client connections and lending expertise to a growing Middle Market team. In this role, you’ll develop and manage a robust portfolio of commercial clients, focusing on both lending and deposit growth, while delivering personalized, relationship-driven financial solutions. You’ll work closely with business owners and executives to structure credit facilities, cross-sell banking services, and help local businesses thrive across South Florida.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain a profitable portfolio of commercial clients with an emphasis on deposits and loans.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis and recommend tailored lending solutions.
Prepare and review loan reports, credit requests, and documentation for approval.
Proactively meet with existing and prospective clients to identify business needs and expand relationships.
Monitor account performance, manage overdrafts, and ensure credit quality.
Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights on the bank’s full range of financial products.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial lending or credit analysis.
Proven, portable book of business with established commercial relationships.
Strong analytical, sales, and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive portfolio growth through strategic business development.
Bilingual in both English and Spanish.
