Operations & Customer Support Specialist – Cyber Security
Base pay range
$55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations & Customer Support Specialist to provide day-to-day operational support for a growing Cyber Security company. This role will manage customer engagements from pre-sales through post-sales, coordinate internal teams, handle order processing, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the customer lifecycle. Willowbrook / Hybrid Key Responsibilities
Provide daily operational support for a Cyber Security services organization Create, manage, and track sales opportunities within the CRM Process agreements and orders, including MSSP order processing Create and issue purchase orders for resale licensing agreements Partner with engineering teams to ensure offerings align with customer needs and market demands Prepare and submit customer invoices Participate in pre‑sales and post‑sales customer calls Prepare proposals, quotes, and Statements of Work (SOWs) Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing customer relationships Conduct licensing reviews and ensure compliance Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree Experience working with CRM systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service and relationship management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Prior work experience with an IT consulting firm Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a Cyber Security company Experience using ConnectWise Experience using QuickBooks Benefits
