Build strong relationships with customers, managing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewals Partner with customer stakeholders to develop engagement initiatives that enhance user adoption Manage and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Deliver program demonstrations and provide technical support to customers Collaborate with various teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success or Client Services within a SaaS organization Experience in e-commerce and the telehealth industry Proven ability to manage a large customer book of business Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Preferred Qualifications
