About the Job The IT Business Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing core business systems and processes within our contract manufacturing environment. This position partners closely with Finance, Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, Planning, and Purchasing to ensure effective system utilization, workflow development, and successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, technically proficient, and experienced with ERP systems, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable system and process improvements.
What You’ll Do ERP Systems Support
Provide functional ERP support, including issue resolution, user guidance, and workflow optimization.
Maintain a deep understanding of ERP transactions, data structures, and system dependencies.
Assist with reporting, data validation, and identifying opportunities for system enhancements.
Project Management
Lead and manage cross‑departmental projects from planning through execution and delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and document business processes.
Coordinate project tasks, track progress, and ensure timelines, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
Workflow & Process Development
Design, implement, and maintain workflows, automations, dashboards, and forms within Monday.com or similar platforms.
Develop detailed process maps, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Provide end‑user training and ongoing support to optimize workflow efficiency and adoption of process improvements.
Analytics & Technical Support
Support data analysis, KPI monitoring, and visualization initiatives to guide decision-making.
Assist with system integrations, data workflows, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with IT leadership to evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and automation opportunities.

Functional expertise with ERP systems in a business or manufacturing environment.
Project management skills, including planning, coordination, and delivery of cross‑functional initiatives.
Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into system and process improvements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and generate insights.
Proficiency with workflow and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across multiple departments.
Problem‑solving and adaptability to address system, workflow, or process challenges.
Technical aptitude, including familiarity with system integrations and basic IT concepts.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Hands‑on experience supporting and enhancing ERP systems in a business or manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated experience managing projects or cross‑departmental initiatives from planning through delivery.
Experience developing and maintaining workflows, automations, dashboards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Exposure to data analysis, reporting, and system troubleshooting.
Experience providing end‑user support, training, or process guidance.
Preferred / Bonus Skills
Basic understanding of development principles or programming logic.
Experience writing or using SQL or other query tools.
Exposure to BI dashboards, data analytics, KPIs, or visualization tools.
Familiarity with API‑driven integrations or low‑code/no‑code automation platforms.
