Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
We are seeking a highly skilled
Systems Administrator
to own and support our core IT infrastructure across cloud, network, endpoints, and enterprise applications. This role is hands‑on and requires deep expertise in
Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, security, and end‑user support systems . The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who can both maintain existing environments and lead the implementation of new software and hardware solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support
Microsoft Azure
environments, including virtual machines, storage, networking, identity, and security
Manage and support
Microsoft 365
services including Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune
Provide
infrastructure support
across cloud and on‑prem systems, ensuring availability, performance, and security
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot
network infrastructure , including:
Ubiquiti switches and wireless access points
SonicWall firewalls (VPNs, security policies, monitoring)
Implement and maintain
endpoint protection and device management
solutions across Windows environments.
Administer and operate the
Jira Service Management / Helpdesk
platform, including workflows, queues, SLAs, and reporting
Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues and outages
Lead or participate in the
implementation of new software and hardware , including evaluation, deployment, testing, and documentation
Maintain system documentation, network diagrams, and operational runbooks
Collaborate with vendors, MSPs, and internal stakeholders as needed
Ensure systems align with security best practices and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a
Systems Administrator or Infrastructure Engineer
role
Strong, hands‑on expertise with
Microsoft Azure
(required)
Strong experience administering
Microsoft 365
Proven experience supporting
network infrastructure , including Ubiquiti and SonicWall
Experience managing
endpoint protection and device management
Experience administering
Jira Service Management
or similar ITSM/helpdesk tools
Demonstrated experience implementing
software and hardware solutions
end‑to‑end
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, or similar)
Experience with hybrid cloud environments
Familiarity with scripting or automation (PowerShell preferred)
Experience working in growing or fast‑paced environments
