The Human Capital Management (HCM) System Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization’s HCM platform (Workday). This role ensures the system remains up to date, supports integration, and enhances automation to meet evolving business needs. The position involves collaborating with stakeholders to configure, maintain, and improve HCM-related processes and functionalities while ensuring seamless data management and workflow automation. Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Workday system, including user access management, security roles, and system configurations. Partner with business teams to configure, update, and enhance Workday-related workflows. Manage and optimize core Workday functionalities, including compensation, benefits, talent management, and absence tracking. Develop, configure, and implement reports, calculated fields, and dashboards. Design, deploy, and maintain system integrations in coordination with other departments, including Information Technology (IT) Department, ensuring smooth data exchange with other platforms. Stay informed on system updates and emerging features to maximize system performance. Maintain system roadmap and oversee implementation of feature enhancements. Provide technical support, troubleshooting issues, and escalating concerns when necessary. Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Workday system administration and HR-related processes. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a Workday platform as an administrator. Bachelor’s degree required. Strong expertise in Workday modules and their functionalities. Experience in system integration and automation. Proficiency in scripting, reporting, and workflow automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with identity and access management solutions. Desired Skills
Experience with cloud-based integration and workflow automation tools. Knowledge of security best practices for managing HCM platforms, particularly Workday. Familiarity with enterprise data processing tools. Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools is a plus. Location & Diversity Statement
