About the Company Our client is a well‑established, performance‑driven manufacturing organization operating a large, complex production facility in the Elk Grove area. This is a hands‑on, high‑accountability environment where operational excellence, safety, and workforce stability matter every single day.
The Role This is a senior HR leadership role supporting a manufacturing facility of approximately
370 employees . You’ll lead the site HR function, manage a small HR team, and partner closely with plant and corporate leadership to drive performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.
This is not a policy‑only role. It requires presence, judgment, and credibility — especially in a bilingual, production‑heavy environment.
Compensation
$20,000 target bonus
What You’ll Own
Lead HR for a large, high‑volume manufacturing plant
Serve as a trusted business partner to plant leadership and operations
Manage and develop
2 direct‑report HR team members
Navigate employee relations, workforce dynamics, and compliance in a production setting
Partner with leadership on continuous improvement initiatives and cultural stability
Be a visible, bilingual HR leader for a Spanish‑speaking hourly workforce

Required Experience & Capabilities
Proven
manufacturing HR leadership
experience
Experience supporting a
large plant environment
(~300+ employees)
Prior responsibility for managing and developing HR staff
Fluency in Spanish
(required)
Strong business‑partner mindset — comfortable balancing people, performance, and compliance
Experience operating in continuous improvement‑oriented cultures
Preferred Profile
Local to the Elk Grove / greater Sacramento area
Familiar with the local workforce, culture, and labor market
Background in
food manufacturing
or similarly regulated environments
