Base pay range Behavior Technician – Rowlett, TX
(In-Home / Part-time or Full-time) At Bright Pathways ABA, we’re not just delivering therapy — we’re rebuilding the experience of autism care from the ground up.
Too often, ABA feels cold and transactional. Children become “cases.” Therapists are reduced to billable hours. Families feel like an afterthought.

What You’ll Be Part Of
As a key part of a child’s journey, you’ll work 1:1 in their home or community, helping them build the foundations of a more connected and regulated life.
Support children during meaningful time together.
Bring to life personalized growth plans crafted by your Clinical Partner (BCBA).
Help families feel heard, included, and cared for.
Track progress simply and clearly — no overwhelming systems.
Share your voice and ideas — and expect them to matter.
