Sr Subcontracts Specialist
As a Sr Subcontracts Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing subcontracting activities, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and driving cost-effective solutions within our Aerospace Procurement team.
Location: Tempe, AZ (Hybrid work schedule). For the first 90 days, external new hires must work 100% onsite, M-F.
In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our subcontracting processes, contributing to the successful execution of our aerospace projects and initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the development and negotiation of subcontract agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify subcontracting needs and implement effective procurement strategies.
Analyze supplier performance and manage relationships to drive continuous improvement and cost savings.
YOU MUST HAVE
A minimum of 5 years of experience in subcontract management or procurement
Must be a US Person due to contractual requirements

Proven experience in subcontract management or procurement within the aerospace industry.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in contract negotiation and compliance.
Experience with procurement software and tools.
Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex supplier relationships.
Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
