We're working with a successful & growing Houston based energy company seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal.
You will rovide support to the legal team handling complex land transactions, title and survey review, corporate structuring, and deal closings across the company’s acquisitions.
Qualified applicants should reside or plan to relocate to a location that's a manageable commute to the Galleria area in Houston. This role is primarily in the office, with some flexibility.
What we're seeking in this new hire:
Required – 5+ years handling real property transactions – Transaction Support & Document Preparation and Due Diligence & Closing Coordination.
Preferred – Experience with renewable energy land transactions.
Preferred – Experience with REITs, title companies, energy infrastructure, or large-scale commercial real estate transactions.
Base pay of $95-110K. Great benefits package, 401k w/ match, bonuses, in-office perks (meals, etc.) and others. I look forward to visiting with you!
