Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled
Product Specialist
to support a large-scale, multi-year business and IT transformation initiative. This role focuses on administering and optimizing
PMO methodologies and tools , including
SharePoint, Jira, Power BI, and Excel , to enable forecasting, reporting, governance, and delivery across a complex enterprise program. The role supports the client’s
Propel Program , a long-term SAP S/4HANA transformation scheduled through 2031, and collaborates with hundreds of internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do PMO Tools & Methodologies Administration
Design, configure, and support
SharePoint and MS Teams
sites, including permissions, site collections, and document governance
Administer multiple
Jira
instances supporting Agile and Hybrid delivery models, including queries, dashboards, gadgets, and security groups
Maintain and govern the enterprise portfolio management tool ( Planisware )
Reporting, Forecasting & Financial Support
Create and maintain estimating, budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting tools
Integrate data from
MS Project, Jira, SAP, Ariba, Excel, and third-party tools
Partner with
Power BI developers
to enable advanced analytics, trend identification, and executive reporting
Testing & Quality Support
Support testing tools such as
Kobiton , including test scripts, cycles, defect tracking, and resolution
Collaborate with the client’s Testing Center of Excellence
Process Improvement & Innovation
Identify opportunities to streamline PMO tools and reporting processes
Explore and leverage emerging technologies including
Microsoft Copilot and SharePoint Agents
Support AI-enabled automation and workflow improvements
Stakeholder Communication
Communicate effectively with PMO team members, project managers, controllers, IT teams, and leadership
Support governance, status reporting, and issue mitigation across the program
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5+ years
of experience supporting large software programs or enterprise projects
5+ years
of experience in developer, software design, or controller support roles
Working knowledge of
financial and accounting concepts
Required Skills
Advanced SharePoint Administration
(permissions, site collections, features)
Jira / Agile Project Management Tools
(configuration, queries, dashboards, gadgets)
Advanced Excel
(pivot tables, lookups, formulas, charts)
Power BI reporting
using multiple data sources (Excel, SAP, Jira, third-party apps)
Microsoft Office Suite:
Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Familiarity with
Microsoft Copilot
and SharePoint AI features
ERP project lifecycle experience (e.g.,
SAP Activate )
Experience using
Power Automate
to automate workflows and reporting
Equipment
Client-provided laptop required
Interim access via virtual desktop if delays occur
Fully configured onsite workstation provided
