Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed. Travel to gain independence and learn from additional leaders in the area. Lead to the General Manager standard in the absence of the GM. Lead by example as a brand ambassador; provide ongoing coaching and training for teams. Work across multiple roles each shift to ensure high-quality food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment. Development path
The GM development plan includes training in restaurant administrative duties such as inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management. You will learn skills toward a GM role, including P&L analysis, achieving food cost and labor targets, scheduling, and recruiting. What’s in it for you
