What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide native or near-native language voice inputs into the Hello App to support speech-to-text testing
Verify the accuracy of speech-to-text transcription in Albanian
Review and validate translations from Albanian to English for accuracy and context
Input English text or voice and validate the translated output back into Albanian
Identify and document errors and provide feedback to improve translation quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
Native speaker of the Albanian language and fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong listening and comprehension skills across both languages
Ability to assess linguistic accuracy, tone, and contextual meaning
Attention to detail and ability to identify translation errors
Basic technical proficiency and comfort using digital tools and applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with translation, interpretation, localization, or linguistic QA
Familiarity with speech-to-text or machine translation tools
Experience working in education, public sector, or multilingual community environments
