Position Summary Reporting to the Senior Product Management Lead for Aerospace Electrical Interconnect Products, the successful candidate will manage all technical, pricing, and marketing deliverables for interconnect products sold to commercial and military aerospace markets. The role involves daily interaction with internal and external sales staff, distributors, end customers, and engineers, driving product management activities and achieving revenue and margin targets in line with the company’s strategic plan.

Essential Responsibilities

Implement and develop online and manual pricing tools for responsible product lines in coordination with the pricing team to improve pricing responses and maximize revenue and margin, aiming for an average 5‑day quotation turnaround.

Manage product cost‑reduction activities and market‑price strategies to improve margins and closure rates on quotes and contract pricing agreements—targeting at least a 15% closure rate on relevant product lines.

Oversee customer‑facing activities that maximize product line value, creating product collateral for the sales team, distribution, and end customers and messaging that strengthens ITT Cannon’s competitive position.

Develop marketing communications collateral with marketing to optimize messaging—building and executing a plan that includes at least one marketing content release per quarter.

Develop and manage product roadmaps and oversee specific project teams to ensure new product launches are achieved on schedule in accordance with the roadmap.

Conduct and manage product‑related engineering activities through regular meetings to ensure engineering supports both tactical and strategic product line objectives.

Serve as the key management point of contact for all product‑related pricing and margin activities and for tactical and strategic activities related to the product line.

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical discipline; MBA preferred.

Minimum three years of Product Management experience, with pricing, sales, or customer‑service experience within the aerospace industry.

Familiarity with electrical interconnect products.

Typical travel requirement of 25%–50%.

Equal Pay Act Range Annual salary range: $104,200.00 to $155,600.00, plus benefits and incentive plans.
