What You'll Do
Act as an effective liaison between OneRestore, its customers, and insurance companies to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality service.
Assist in coordinating and scheduling timely and profitable deliveries.
Be the conduit and direct support for the project manager regarding all aspects of the project.
Document all operational and production activities in DASH.
Provide complete and accurate billing information to facilitate quick billing and timely cash flow.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two years of customer support experience.
Ability to maintain positive communications with internal and external customers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively, and work independently.
Good data entry and keyboarding skills.
Good driving record and reliable transportation.
Computer or data entry: 2 years (Required)
Restoration or construction: 1 year (Preferred)
Service Technician Scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)
DASH software: 1 year (Preferred)
