We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager with 1-3+ years of design‑build experience to support industrial warehouse and office space combination projects. This role offers hands‑on exposure to large‑scale builds across New England, New York, and Pennsylvania, reporting directly to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing design‑build projects from planning through completion
Support scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project alignment
Oversee site activities and enforce safety standards
Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
Utilize Procore software for project management and documentation
Travel to project sites across New England, New York, and Pennsylvania as required
Contribute to maintaining the company’s reputation for quality and reliability
Qualifications
1-3+ years of experience in construction project management
Background in design‑build projects, ideally warehouses or industrial facilities
Proficiency with Procore software
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to travel (30% outside New England) and work on‑site; no hybrid/remote options
Must be located within 45 minutes of Leominster, MA
