Inventory Control Specialist
for a
2-year 100% onsite contract opportunity in Fremont, CA . Pays between:
$25.00 - $27.58 per hour . Responsibilities
Coordinate shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory items Organize, label, and maintain inventory storage locations Respond promptly to inventory requests and collaborate with engineering and logistics teams on procurement activities Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, movements, and adjustments Perform regular inventory counts and audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy Ensure inventory documentation is complete and up to date Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in inventory control and warehouse management (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive) Experience with ERP and ordering platforms such as
SAP, Appian, QuickBase, and Ariba
(preferred) Strong written and verbal English communication skills Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment Seniority level
