POSITION SUMMARY The Project Manager plays a vital leadership role in driving operational excellence across Pero Family Farms. This position is responsible for coordinating cross functional initiatives, aligning business objectives with project execution, and ensuring that people, processes, and technology move together toward shared goals.

This role requires a strategic communicator, a skilled organizer, and a proactive problem solver; someone who can bring clarity, structure, and momentum to projects that affect every level of our organization, from accounting and sales to operations, logistics, and IT.

Requirements JOB OVERVIEW Project Leadership

Lead multiple projects from planning through execution and completion.

Monitor progress, manage risks, and adjust plans to maintain scope, budget, and timeline integrity.

Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, escalations, and stakeholder communication.

Business Analysis & Data Management

Gather and document detailed business requirements from operational and corporate stakeholders.

Use SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret data supporting project decisions and performance metrics.

Partner with business and data teams to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and meaningful reporting.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation including project plans, status reports, timelines, and end user materials.

Communicate milestones, challenges, and progress effectively to leadership and project teams.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic and operational goals.

Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance efficiency, productivity, and workflow alignment.

Foster communication, accountability, and problem solving across departments.

QUALIFICATIONS Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably within food, manufacturing, logistics, or similar operational environments.

Technical & Analytical Skills

Strong business analysis capabilities, with experience translating business needs into project requirements.

Proficiency in SQL for data analysis; familiarity with database management is a plus.

Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, and project management platforms (Jira, Monday, Trello).

Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Certifications (Preferred)

Project Management Professional (PMP)

WORKING CONDITIONS This role involves a blend of office based work and onsite engagement at production or project locations. Occasional travel may be required for project oversight, team collaboration, or stakeholder coordination. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and highly cross functional.
