Role Purpose The Lead Aircraft Fueler oversees and coordinates safe and efficient fueling/defueling and servicing of aircraft at the airport. The role mentors other employees, maintaining a safe and secure work environment in accordance with local health, safety, and security policies and procedures.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead team members while performing fueling/defueling services safely and efficiently.
Drive and operate fuel trucks, hydrant cards, and stationary carts to fuel aircraft.
Train employees during on‑the‑job training or airline‑specific training, or assign employees to work with experienced agents.
Perform daily quality control checks on equipment.
Assist Aircraft Fuelers in their assigned areas to ensure duties are performed professionally, safely and efficiently, in accordance with company/carrier standards.
Safety, Security, Wellbeing and Compliance During work you have a responsibility to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others, following the company’s policies and procedures. The company provides a safe working environment and prohibits misuse of alcohol and drugs, enforcing a Substance Misuse Policy through regular testing.
What We Are Looking For
Valid US driver’s license.
Pass pre‑employment colour vision test.
Pass pre‑employment drug screen.
Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
Pass background check and obtain US Customs seal.
