What you will be doing
Spearhead the administration and continuous improvement of our financial systems.
Develop and deploy cutting‑edge features and applications to streamline finance operations.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate systems, automate accounting tasks, and enhance financial reporting.
Provide expert guidance and training to users across all departments and locations.
Troubleshoot issues and empower users to maximize system capabilities.
Foster a culture of technological adoption and innovation within the finance department.
Identify opportunities to simplify complex processes through intelligent automation.
Design and implement solutions that improve data quality, financial controls, and reporting accuracy.
Drive the development of user‑friendly interfaces and intuitive workflows.
Partner with IT, finance teams, and other stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs.
Contribute to strategic initiatives that leverage financial systems to support business growth.
Act as a liaison between finance and technology teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
What we are looking for
Proven "hands‑on" experience in financial systems administration – MS Dynamics NAV is a significant 'plus', but we value expertise in any modern ERP system.
Strong SQL skills to unlock the power of financial data.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Passion for innovation and a track record of delivering impactful solutions to complex challenges.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
