Overview In today’s rapidly evolving IT landscape, organizations face increasingly complex cybersecurity risks and regulatory pressures. Identity—both human and non-human—is at the core of every enterprise. As a Digital Identity SME, you will help clients enhance user experience, reduce risk, and increase operational efficiency by designing and implementing robust identity solutions using Microsoft Entra, Saviynt, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Assessment

Conduct current state assessments and perform capability maturity

Develop IAM strategy and roadmaps, including operating models, governance, policies, procedures, and standards

Solution Design & Implementation

Architect and implement identity Governance solutions using technologies such as Microsoft Entra and Saviynt.

Support development of RBAC models, workflows, and access certification campaigns.

Onboard applications and integrate with directories, HR systems, and cloud platforms.

Implement identity lifecycle management process (provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews).

Collaborate with client stakeholders to collect business, compliance, and technical requirements pertaining to identity governance.

Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

Facilitate workshops and conduct thorough assessments to ensure identity governance programs comply with relevant regulatory standards (including SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and others).

Address and resolve advanced technical challenges by acting as the primary escalation resource during both deployment and ongoing operations.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Provide technical expertise for pre‑sales and business development activities during client engagements and RFP processes.

Skills & Attributes for Success

Hands‑on experience with Saviynt or Microsoft Entra configuration and implementation.

Understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance.

Knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, SoD policies, and compliance frameworks.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), directory services (AD, LDAP), protocols such as SAML, SCIM, REST APIs and JDBC.

Basic scripting skills (Java, BeanShell, PowerShell) and API integration knowledge.

Broader understanding of IAM: authentication, authorization, provisioning, federation, and privileged access.

Experience with API integration and connector development.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Strong process definition, workflow design, and process mapping skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)

3–5 years of relevant work experience (or 2–3 years with a graduate degree)

Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra, Saviynt, and similar IAM solutions

Relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified Identity and Access Administrator, Saviynt Certified Professional, CISSP, CISM)
