Speech Language Pathologist - (SLP) - FT - Home Health - Clarksville
We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.
Responsibilities
Provide assessment and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within state scope of practice.
Evaluate patient function using diagnostic tests and assist physicians in developing care plans.
Treat patients to improve communication and instruct families and caregivers.
Must hold an active, unencumbered license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation to serve multiple patients daily.
