Position Summary
Guardian’s Commercial Care Department provides support for our entire commercial account base; and as a Commercial Customer Care Specialist you will be based within a dynamic team environment, relentlessly striving to deliver the highest levels of customer service to maintain and grow the account base. Your passion will fuel the satisfaction of our customers, and your dedication will make an amazing experience for them.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build amazing client relationships by constantly demonstrating your interpersonal skills.
Communicate effectively with multi-level clientele within the commercial sector, displaying resounding verbal and written ability.
Expertly navigate support calls including technical assistance, billing, scheduling service calls and offering service solutions that build additional value.
Effectively partner with internal contacts to ensure the best possible service for your customers.
Continually maintain a working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions.
Relentlessly demonstrate your enthusiasm, professionalism and integrity.
