This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate revenue recognition, timely month-end close, and high-quality financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong SaaS industry experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys collaborating cross-functionally in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Manage revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606, including contract review and analysis Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances Maintain and enhance internal controls and accounting processes Support audits and provide requested documentation to external auditors Partner with FP&A, Sales Operations, and Legal teams on revenue-related matters Assist with system implementations, enhancements, and process automation initiatives Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required) 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment Strong experience with month-end close and financial reporting In-depth knowledge of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606) Experience with Sage Intacct or NetSuite strongly preferred CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems and reporting tools Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment Seniority level
