Job Description
Analyzes and verifies financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Identifies discrepancies and resolves issues in financial transactions.
Matches and reconciles bank statements with internal records.
Other duties as assigned.
Assists with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Develops and implements process improvements to enhance reconciliation efficiency.
Provides regular reports on reconciliation status and issues to management.
Maintains detailed documentation of reconciliation processes and findings.
Ensures timely and accurate posting of payments and corrections. Investigates and resolves variances in account balances.
Collaborates with other departments to gather necessary information for reconciliations.
Reviews and reconciles accounts payable and receivable.
Prepares and posts journal entries related to reconciliations.
Qualifications Bachelor’s

Pay Range $45,196.93 - $84,071.39
