We’re seeking a
Controller
who thrives on variety, precision, and leadership. If you’re passionate about accounting operations, data-driven decision-making, and building strong internal controls, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.
Primary Functions As The Controller
Lead daily accounting operations, including cost/variance analysis, inventory transactions, and operations review.
Lead efficient and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
Maintaining GAAP compliance and regulatory standards.
Serve as the Controller responsible for implementing and maintaining internal controls and accounting policies.
Enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities to support strategic decisions.
Oversee CapEx planning and budgeting processes.
Preferred Qualifications Of The Ideal Controller Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Audit experience (internal or external) is a plus.
Experience with ERP systems; advanced knowledge of OneStream, Dynamics 365, and Jet Reports preferred.
CPA or CMA certification (active or in progress) preferred.
