Full-Charge Bookkeeper
to join our team. Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting for multiple clients using
QuickBooks Online . This is a hands-on, in-office position that requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities
Maintain and manage bookkeeping for multiple clients in QuickBooks Online Categorize and record transactions accurately Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Gross-up loan balances and payroll (manual calculations as needed) Prepare and review monthly financial reports for clients Communicate with clients to resolve discrepancies and gather missing information Ensure accurate and timely posting of journal entries Collaborate with CPAs on tax planning and year-end adjustments Requirements
3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a public accounting or multi-client environment Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required Strong knowledge of accounting principles and general ledger management Experience with bank reconciliations, payroll entries, and loan accounting High attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client files Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Must be able to work on-site at our office during business hours Preferred Qualifications
Experience with accounting for small businesses across various industries Knowledge of third-party payroll providers (e.g., Gusto, ADP, Paychex) Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is a plus, but not required What We Offer
