What You'll Do
Conduct community tours and secure leases with prospective residents
Develop and place marketing ads, perform outreach, and network in the community
Manage rent collection and assist with move-in/move-out processes
Enter and follow up on service requests in property management software
Coordinate annual compliance interviews and paperwork for affordable units
Post resident notices and assist with eviction or court processing as needed
Support budgeting by gathering vendor bids and recommending improvements
Review and code invoices, endorse deposits, and maintain accurate records
Recommend physical repairs and improvements to keep the property competitive
What You'll Bring
Three or more years of leasing or sales experience
Affordable housing experience preferred
Strong initiative and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfort with budgets and basic computer proficiency
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary starting at $20-$22/hour
