Job Overview
Location: Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living, Springfield, Virginia.
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).

Compensation: Starting at $34.00 per hour plus shift differentials
How You Will Make an Impact
Develop relationships with residents and families, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
Assess, observe, evaluate resident clinical condition, document findings, and notify provider or RN when necessary
Update or modify care plans to reflect changes in resident needs
Supervise and lead care associates
Administer medications timely and accurately according to orders
Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care
Respond to residents, families, or responsible parties promptly and professionally
Participate in review of clinical indicator reviews—falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use, etc.
Other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader
What You Will Need
Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long‑term care (preferred)
Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse by state
CPR certification required
Passion to care for seniors and strong resident advocacy
Experience with electronic medical records preferred
