We are a community-based holistic mental health and wellness center that provides counseling/psychotherapy, psychiatry, adventure therapy, and wellness services to individuals and families in Maryland. We are located in Baltimore, Nottingham, Bel Air, Salisbury, and Hunt Valley, MD. We also have Telehealth divisions in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, and a school-based program in Baltimore County and Harford County Schools. The

Clinic Service Coordinator

is a key role at Balance Point Wellness as they are a liaison between our clinicians and clients. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly detail-oriented and motivated, passionate about mental health, building relationships, strong at multi-tasking, and a self-starter.

This is a part-time, in-person position in our Hunt Valley office. Hours are Tuesday-Thursday 9-5.

Job Description

Review schedules of therapists as needed, assist in scheduling follow-ups and new appointments, and reach out to canceled and no-show clients for rescheduling Collaborate with clinic Associate Director to determine administrative needs of clinicians

Directly provide administrative support to all clinicians as needed, assisting in the following areas: treatment plan uploads and signatures; updating client orientation forms; obtaining custody documents; maintaining caseload trackers; obtaining and updating compliance items such as but not limited to photo identification, insurance cards, and updated contact information

Collaborate with other client facing associates to streamline patient care

Respond to clients in a timely manner

Complete monthly note signing report for their clinic

Office tasks as needed, such as: answering phones, sorting mail, checking in clients

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Experience in mental/medical health field (1+ year preferred)

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, etc.)

Electronic Health Record systems experience (1+ year preferred)
