Responsibilities
Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing in‑depth training to decide the best overall pest solution for each customer’s needs.
Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between, solving problems and building trusted relationships to protect homes and families.
Prospect new business and follow assigned leads; we provide a robust advertising budget to generate leads.
Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home—training is provided.
Make recommendations based on inspection findings, explaining the process and setting expectations.
Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company‑provided iPad; training will be provided.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to obtain the required pesticide license/certification if necessary (company paid).
Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers.
We will consider all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
Physical Job Requirements
Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including OSHA‑compliant respirator when required.
Will work in various weather conditions.
