Job Details What You’ll Do
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and throughput.
Support the rapid growth of product lines by developing and implementing scalable manufacturing processes.
Split your time between the production floor and desk work.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues and standardize best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
3‑10 years of professional experience in a related position.
Strong background in continuous improvement, process development, and execution.
Experience in electronics manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, or industrial controls is highly preferred.
Comfortable working directly on the floor with operators and support teams.
Familiarity with automotive quality requirements (control plans, IATF 16949). Understanding of key concepts and applications is sufficient.
CAD experience is a plus, not mandatory.
