Training Manager – Financial Crimes
Locations:
Charlotte, Dallas, Chandler, Minneapolis, St. Louis
Duration:
6+ months

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive training programs for Financial Crimes compliance, including AML, Sanctions, Anti‑Bribery and Corruption.
Create engaging course content and learning materials tailored to various audiences across the enterprise.
Oversee training governance and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Manage RCSA‑related training and control activities, ensuring accurate documentation and evidence retention.
Conduct testing and validation of training effectiveness and compliance controls.
Perform research on emerging regulatory trends, industry best practices, and innovative training methodologies.
Provide reporting and metrics on training completion, effectiveness, and control adherence.
Required Qualifications
Experience in Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, AML, Sanctions, or related compliance functions.
Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs within a regulated environment.
Strong understanding of RCSA processes and risk/control frameworks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
Desired Qualifications
Experience with instructional design tools and e‑learning platforms.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices for Financial Crimes compliance.
Ability to analyze training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
CAMS or similar certification preferred.

Pay and Benefits Pay Range:
$60–$64 per hour (based on education, experience, location, and specific duties).
