The Network Administrator will be responsible for service delivery, documentation, and operational support of the enterprise network infrastructure. A solid technical background in various network technologies, including but not limited to routing/switching, WAN, and wireless communications, is required.
Responsibilities
Engage in network planning and implementation
Provide operational support for enterprise network infrastructure as required
Leverage technical and industry knowledge to exercise good judgment, evaluate trade-offs, and plan for risk mitigation during the design and implementation project phases
Aid in health monitoring of enterprise network operations and services
Assist others with understanding network technologies and industry best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Ability to problem solve, troubleshoot, and be attentive to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, while maintaining a courteous attitude when dealing with customers and users
Willingness to complete several concurrent tasks in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, multi-tasking environment
Ability to explain technical terms in everyday language
Experience with Switching (VLAN, Spanning Tree, Industrial), Routing (EIGRP, BGP), WAN Technologies (MPLS, VPN, SD-WAN), Wireless
Knowledge of network management and monitoring tools (SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog)
2+ years of hands‑on experience designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting enterprise architecture with an emphasis on networking technologies
