What you’ll need to succeed as an HRIT Analyst at XPO Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience

1 year of experience as an HR Technical analyst within the UKG WFM, UKG Dimensions or Kronos WFC solutions

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with administration of timekeeping modules such as user roles development, schedule module, attendance module, Dataview management, CRT management and other timekeeping tools

Thorough knowledge of internal company software applications applicable to position

Understands and is familiar with the most widely known and emerging tools, technologies and social applications.

What you’ll do on a typical day

Serve as first line global, technical contact for HR system issues by investigating problems, identifying root cause and determine technical resolution

Handle day-to-day technical challenges and communicate to leadership any risks or issues associated with the technical activities

Manage system enhancements by performing system configurations, unit testing, coordination of QA and UAT activities and provide technical guidance to business stakeholders and end users

Participate in technical projects which could include configuration of functionality, testing and defect resolution.

Conduct mass data loads/deletions, configuration and maintenance of system templates and workflows,

Identify technical ticket trends and opportunities for system simplification and/or end user training gaps

Document and maintain system administrative process guides

Involved in the review, testing and implementation of periodic system releases

Maintain and expand HR technical knowledge in area(s) of responsibility
