The

Investigations Administrator

is responsible for prioritizing, planning, organizing, and conducting investigations related to professional conduct and quality of care. This role supports Medical Consultants and external consultants by coordinating resources, managing case workflows, and ensuring investigations are completed accurately and on time. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. Key Responsibilities

Prioritize, plan, organize, and conduct investigations in accordance with applicable policies, statutes, and procedures. Support Medical Consultants and external consultants by coordinating investigative resources and case materials. Collect, analyze, and validate data while ensuring

quality control and timely completion

of investigations and related projects. Organize and prepare investigation cases for review and presentation before the Board. Respond professionally to inquiries from licensees and complainants regarding investigation status and processes. Initiate and document communications with licensees and legal counsel, maintaining accurate and complete records. Track and manage the status of all open cases, ensuring cases progress efficiently and meet established timelines. Review and edit investigative reports to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with standards. Participate in investigative meetings to assess case readiness and support preparation for Board meetings. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive investigative matters. Utilize case management systems and software to document, track, and manage investigations. Assist other teams as needed during periods of increased workload. Required Skills & Qualifications

Ability to

organize and conduct investigations

in a structured and compliant manner. Experience with

data collection, case tracking, and quality control . Strong

organizational skills and attention to detail . Basic

computer proficiency , including working in case management systems and office applications. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working within a

state or government environment . Familiarity with regulatory or investigative processes. Experience handling sensitive or confidential cases. Seniority level
