Objective Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 tenant, KnowBe4 phishing security program, and iPads. Provide technical support to end users and computer systems. Assist the Senior Systems Administrator with system administration tasks and support the Cooperative’s Cybersecurity Program.
Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including but not limited to Azure, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Defender.
Maintain, configure, and ensure reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and the Cooperative phone system.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing incidents, and assessing impact.
Implement and maintain data protection, disaster recovery, and failover processes within the Microsoft 365/Azure environment.
Manage and maintain Cooperative systems using Intune.
Manage and maintain Cooperative iPads using Apple Business Manager and Intune.
Assist with the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the Cooperative’s Cybersecurity Program.
Procure IT assets and services as assigned and maintain proper documentation.
Provide desktop and end-user technical support.
Manage the Phishing Security Program (KnowBe4).
Support NISC software applications, including iVUE, ABS, OMS, Workflow, and Mobile Workforce.
Follow Nolin RECC safety guidelines; maintain personal safety and immediately report all accidents.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications Education / Experience
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 3–5 years of system administration experience.
Knowledge
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, cybersecurity principles, and Microsoft 365 services, including Azure, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Defender.
Working knowledge of VMWare virtualization.
Microsoft system administration and IT certifications are a plus.
Knowledge of RingCentral is a plus.
Prior electric utility experience is a plus.
Understanding of departmental functions, interdepartmental relationships, and workflow processes.
Understanding of and adherence to Nolin RECC safety guidelines.
